Living Yoga

Yoga, as I practice and teach, extends far beyond the physical postures, or asanas. Spiritual Coaching for End-of-Life Transition


Our journey begins with personalized spiritual coaching sessions. In these sessions, our focus is on mindfulness exercises. These exercises are designed to equip you for the end-of-life transition. Just like yoga, which bolsters physical strength and flexibility, our coaching sessions will nurture the mind and spirit. Traditional Death Doula Services


Beyond coaching, my services extend to the comprehensive support that is synonymous with death doula services. My work involves assisting you in making end-of-life decisions. These choices can often be complex and emotionally charged. By providing guidance, I help you navigate this intricate process.


Facilitating conversations with loved ones forms another key part of my role. My aim is to bridge communication gaps and bring clarity where it’s needed. Additionally, I work on creating a serene and supportive environment as you approach the end of life. My ultimate goal? To alleviate your concerns, provide answers to your queries, and ensure your end-of-life experience is in harmony with your values and wishes.

Presence at the End of Life


Finally, I offer an optional extension to my doula services that directly addresses your needs at the end of life. This unique service aims to support you in remaining as present and mindful as possible during the actual process of dying. It’s an aspect of my work that underscores the significance of mindfulness in this profound transition.


Drawing from a rich pool of mindfulness practices, I’m able to help create a serene, compassionate space. Within this space, you can fully experience your final transition.
